Ceylinco Life Head Office

Designed as the new headquarters for Ceylinco Life, Sri Lanka’s largest private insurance company, the ten-storey Ceylinco Life Tower provides the firm with 62,000 sqft of flexible office space in a thriving commercial zone along the Havelock Road. The built form is articulated through the play of cubic extrusions, cut-outs and straight lines and features a triple height glazed box that juts outwards as an architectural response to the activity on the lively main road.

The building offers a full-facility auditorium with the capacity to accommodate 150 persons, a well-equipped gymnasium, refectory, function rooms, a spacious customer lobby and basement parking and is also equipped with a sophisticated CCTV Camera system, intelligent building management system (BMS), access-controlled doors system and a high precision fire detection and firefighting system.
