The villa is elevated above the ground to offer uninterrupted views of the distant boulders scattered across the shore. A deliberate play of openings—narrow at entry and dramatically expanding toward the sea—heightens the experience of discovery, framing nature’s beauty with precision. 

The design embraces a raw, minimalist aesthetic, blending rustic textures with a refined spatial experience. Natural light and shifting shadows animate the interiors, enhancing the villa’s connection to its surroundings. The materials are chosen for their durability and ease of maintenance, ensuring a low-maintenance retreat. 

Set within a lush, preserved landscape, the villa treads lightly on its site, allowing the greenery to envelop its structure. An 18m x 5m pool extends the experience of immersion, mirroring the horizon and reinforcing the seamless dialogue between the built and nature.
