Head Office Tower
The sixteen-storey office tower located in the heart of downtown Colombo, is characterized by its distinctive built form – generated as a response to the triangular site and accentuated by splayed edges and vertical slits as fenestration – that gives it a strong visual identity. The ground level comprises of an enhanced arrival zone to the building defined by a double height stepped overhead plane over a colonnaded entrance plaza.
A space for work, collaboration and corporate events, the tower houses an excess of 10,000 sqm of commercial space spread across eleven rentable office levels and three mezzanines, a 500-seat capacity conference hall, twelve executive suites, a rooftop restaurant with a bar for two hundred guests, a gymnasium and a dedicated food court for a hundred users. The building has a flexible floor plan, with the services and circulation core focused along the east façade affording a clear span throughout the rest of the floorplate, capable of accommodating multiple tenancies. Parking is provided at the lower ground level and at three upper parking levels.
