Elegance Co-Working Office

The project involved the architectural uplifting of the existing exterior and the complete interior redesign of a converted office to create flexible and collaborative co-working spaces that resonate with the post-Covid approach of promoting workspace freedom and versatility. Accommodating 190 workstations and meeting rooms, the core concept driving the design was to ‘create a workplace that isn’t somewhere you have to be but a place where you want to be’. Envisioned as a luxe lifestyle space providing international standard office facilities, the bespoke interior showcases a hybrid style of classical modernism with a homely touch. By strategically expanding the footprint and scattering the workspaces, the design allows the autonomy to work from any corner of the space. A boardroom overlooking the pool, a café and lush landscaped gardens have been seamlessly integrated into the design to elevate the functionality and overall experience of the co-working office.
