Sprawled along a stretch of sandy beach in Waikkal, a serene ocean-front town located in Negombo, the Club Hotel Dolphin is a 99 room hotel completed in 1987. Rumoured to have had the longest swimming pool in the country at the time, the design received the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects Design Award in 1987 in the category of Hotel & Tourist Developments.
